Uni Art Residency has six unique zones: private rooms, shared spaces, and studios. Each inviting a different rhythm of creation. Whether you’re seeking solitude, collaboration, or simply a pause between ideas, there is a place here for you.
The Centre：A light-filled communal hub with kitchen, living, dining, and terrace. A space for gathering, sharing, and informal events—from meals to performances.
The Top：A spacious top-floor suite with private room, studio, bathroom, and terrace. Ideal for a long-term resident or collaborative duos. A place to slow down and see clearly.
The East ：Morning light, city murmurs, a bright 2nd-floor private room, shared bathroom with The West. Where observation and reflection become daily practice.
The West：Hashed, soft, and tuned to the frequencies of subtlety. A place with private room for those working with intimacy, precision, and introspection. Also on 2nd-floor.
The Base：Tucked below spacious ground, with private room and bathroom, shared laundry room. A haven for solitude, night-thoughts, and slow-making.
The Garage: An empty studio awaiting the meaning you bring.It holds nothing,and in that, everything. Arrive with your own interpretation of “emptiness.” Leave with an invisible trace-like a whisper to the next artist: I was here. I once worked in the void.
如艺驻地由六大特色区域构成：私密卧室、共享空间与工作室。每处空间都孕育着不同的创作韵律，无论您寻求独处、协作或思维间歇，这里都有属于您的一隅。
中间：阳光充盈的共享核心区，含厨房、客厅、餐厅及露台。从日常餐聚到即兴演出，这里承载着所有非正式的交汇。
顶间：顶层全景套房，配备独立卧室，工作室、卫浴及露台。适合长期居住创作者或双人共享协作者，让思绪在放缓中渐次清明。
东间：晨光与城市絮语交织的二层明亮居室。独立卧室，与西间共用卫浴。观察与沉思在此化作日常修习。
西间：二层另一处柔光秘境，专为细腻、精准而内省的创作存在, 独立卧室为追求私密语境的创作者量身而设。
底间：藏于地下的宽敞私密领域 ，独处、夜思与慢创作的庇护所。独立卧室，卫浴，共用洗衣房。
车间：一间空置的工作室，静候您赋予意义 。它空无一物，却因此蕴含无限可能 。带着您对"空性"的独到诠释前来 ，留下耳语般的无痕——给下一位艺术家的隐秘讯息：我曾在此驻留，在虚空中创作。
