Uni Art Residency is a self-funded, self-directed space for artists seeking time, place, and freedom to create on their own terms.
Nestled in a three-story townhouse in Toronto’s vibrant Midtown (Yonge & Eglinton), with convenient amenities and seamless transit, it offers both a sanctuary for deep focus and a gateway to the city where daily life and art possibility coexist.
The house is equipped with central heating and cooling, high-speed Wi-Fi, and essential household supplies—providing everything needed to settle in and begin. Each private room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and linens, ensuring comfort and simplicity.
This is not a programmed residency. There are no required outcomes, no fixed agendas. We go with flow. We offer space for ideas to unfold, we offer opportunities for connecting the Toronto art scene, we offer local guide for presence to become art.
Residency Fee (All prices in CAD, per person, per month)
• Private room – The East, The West, The Base: $1,500
• Private room – The Top: $2,500
• Shared room – The Top $1,250
Number of residents: 4–5 artists per cycle
Start date: The 1st of each month
Minimum stay: 1 month
Maximum stay: 3 months

如艺驻地计划自主艺术创作空间为渴望时间、场域与自由的创作者而生.
这是一处自我主导、自费入驻的艺术空间，专为坚持独立创作的艺术家而设。我们提供三层多伦多中城区联排别墅（Yonge&Eglinton核心带），生活便利且交通畅达——既是潜心创作的隐修所，又是直通都市文脉的枢纽站，让日常与艺术可能性在此共生。
空间配备中央空调、高速Wi-Fi及基本生活设施，入住即可投入创作。每间私密卧室均含睡床、书桌、座椅及寝具，简约中见舒适。
这不是一个程式化的驻地计划。我们不要求创作成果，不设定固定议程，一切随心而流。 我们提供思想舒展的场域，对接多伦多艺术圈的机遇 ，提供在地向导服务，助您将"在场"淬炼为艺术。

单独住宿顶间, 加元2500/月/人
