Uni Art Residency welcomes artists of all disciplines, backgrounds and career stages, who seek time and space for self-funded, self-directed creative exploration.
Step 1: Prepare Your Materials:
Please gather the following documents and materials for your application:
• Statement of Intent (max 500 words): Tell us about your current practice, what you hope to explore during your residency, and why Uni Art Residency is the right place for you.
• Artist Bio or CV: Includes website or/and social media link if any.
• Work Samples: Up to 10 images, 2 video links, or 5 pages of text (depending on your discipline) that best represent your recent work.
• Preferred Residency Months: Indicate your ideal residency month and the desired duration (1–3 months).
• Room Preference (optional): Let us know your preferred room type (private/shared), and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Step 2: Submit Your Application
• Email all materials as a single PDF to: info@uniartresidency.org
• Subject line: Uni Art Residency Application –[Your Name]
• 2025 Residency Periods and Application Deadlines:
Month of July | Deadline: June 24, 2025, 11pm ET
Month of August | Deadline: July 8, 2025, 11pm ET
Month of September | Deadline: August 5, 2025, 11pm ET
Month of October | Deadline: September 9, 2025, 11pm ET
Month of November | Deadline: October 7, 2025, 11pm ET
Month of December | Deadline: November 4, 2025, 11pm ET
• There is no application fee.
Step 3: Notification
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Notifications will be sent to accepted artists one week after the deadline of each residency period.
